Role & Company / Project Overview: Zen & Art is hiring VRA & VRO Experts - L2 to join our IT Infrastructure and Automation team in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • VMware Administration: Hands-on administration with VMware vSphere/ESXi installation, configuration, cluster management, and troubleshooting • Automation & Scripting: Implement infrastructure automation and orchestration using vRealize Automation (VRA) and vRealize Orchestrator (VRO); develop scripts using Python, PowerShell, or Bash for infrastructure provisioning and maintenance tasks • Azure Storage: Manage and support Azure storage services • L2 Support & Incident Management: Deliver hands-on 24/7 production support, resolve incidents, perform routine upgrades, and maintain infrastructure health Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 6+ years of relevant IT infrastructure experience • Strong hands-on expertise in VMware vSphere / ESXi and cluster troubleshooting • Proven hands-on proficiency in VMware vRealize Automation (VRA) and VMware vRealize Orchestrator (VRO) • Strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automated provisioning • Experience in managing Microsoft Azure storage environments • Solid background in L2 production support and incident management • Good communication skills Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Mode of Work: Work From Office (WFO) • Shift: 24*7 support environment • Job Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India • Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days preferred (up to 30 days if currently serving) Application Instructions: • Eligible candidates should forward their updated resume via email.
