Role & Company / Project Overview: InfAIra Consulting & Technology Solutions is expanding its AI engineering team and hiring 6 talented AI Engineers in Bangalore ready to build real-world AI products and take solutions from prototype to production. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Build and integrate LLMs & Generative AI features. • Work extensively with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Vector Databases. • Develop AI Agents, LangChain pipelines, and intelligent chatbots. • Build intelligent search engines, document AI, and recommendation systems. • Construct end-to-end ML pipelines and oversee production deployments. • Conduct model optimization, inference enhancement, and performance tuning. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience as an AI/ML Engineer. • Strong programming proficiency in Python. • Solid hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and LangChain. • Solid conceptual and practical understanding of LLMs, RAG, and Information Retrieval. • Hands-on familiarity with Docker, Git, and Linux environments. • Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL. • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, or MLOps practices is considered a strong plus.
