• Role & Company / Project Overview HASEGAWA is hiring a Process Engineer to oversee process optimization and manufacturing workflows. The role will be trained at AU2 Ampang and relocated to Bandar Enstek. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties Analyze and improve manufacturing processes, design operational workflow optimizations to enhance efficiency and reduce waste, establish standard operating procedures (SOPs), support scale-up and new line commissioning, and resolve technical production bottlenecks. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline. Strong analytical, technical troubleshooting, and continuous improvement skills.
