• Role & Company / Project Overview PT Kakajaya Indonusa Konstruksi (Design & Build | Construction | Architecture) is looking for a professional, meticulous, and experienced Structural Drafter to join our team in Bali. Join our team and build something exceptional with us, working on residential, villa, commercial & hospitality projects. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Create and develop structural working drawings (gambar kerja struktur) - Produce detailed construction drawings based on engineering designs and calculations - Make revisions and updates to drawings as required by project needs - Coordinate closely with Architects, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors (QS), and the Project Team - Ensure all drawings comply with technical standards and actual field conditions - Support all technical drawing requirements throughout the construction process - Make working drawings/detailed engineering drawings (DED) • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum education: D3 / S1 in Civil Engineering (Teknik Sipil) - Minimum 3 years of work experience as a Structural Drafter (Drafter Struktur / Drafter Arsitektur & Struktur) - Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with SketchUp is a plus - Deep understanding of structural working drawings and construction details - Strong knowledge of concrete structures, steel systems, and building construction - Ability to read, interpret, and understand DED / Structural Drawings - Capability to generate structural details based on direction from Engineers/Structural Engineers - Knowledge of cross-disciplinary drawing coordination between structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines - Possess structural analysis capability - Meticulous, neat, responsible, communicative, and possesses strong problem-solving skills - Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team - Able to work under target pressure and project deadlines - Domiciled in Bali (preferred) and willing to work on-site in Bali - Willing to perform site visits whenever required • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Bali, Indonesia (Penempatan: Bali) - Willing to undertake site visits when necessary • Compensation & Benefits - Competitive salary matching experience - Operational vehicles provided (motorcycle & car) / Kendaraan Operasional Motor & Mobil - Accommodation / Mess provided - Professional work environment with career growth opportunities - Direct involvement in prestigious residential, villa, commercial, and hospitality projects • Application Instructions Submit your CV and Portfolio (working drawings) with the subject 'Structural Drafter – Bali'.
