• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an HR professional for a leading Chinese automotive company's new assembly plant in Bahovitsa, Lovech, Bulgaria. This is a 0-1 setup role where you will build the HR function from the ground up for a new company supporting the group's European expansion. You will have the opportunity to be part of a world-class automotive company's European expansion and build the HR function from day one, offering high ownership and visibility along with long-term growth within a global organization. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Set up HR processes, policies, and systems from scratch. - Handle recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance. - Manage employee relations and support local team build-up. - Work closely with the Chinese HQ team on cross-cultural HR matters. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - HR experience, preferably in automotive or manufacturing. - Experience in greenfield setup or 0-1 HR function building is a strong plus. - Fluent English (working language with HQ); Bulgarian native. - Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and handle ambiguity. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Bahovitsa, Lovech Province, Bulgaria. - Working Arrangement: Based in or willing to work in Lovech. • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive compensation package offered. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates or referrals should reach out directly via email.
