Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview The Iraqi Al-Amal Association is recruiting a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer in Baghdad for the 'Bright Future for Girls' project, funded by the European Union. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Develop and implement M&E plans, frameworks, and indicator tracking tables for the project. - Track project performance, conduct routine monitoring, and perform data collection and field visits. - Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to assess project progress and impact against objectives. - Prepare comprehensive M&E reports, findings, and recommendations for project management and donor reporting. - Ensure high data quality, compliance with EU monitoring standards, and support learning and accountability mechanisms. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - University degree in a relevant discipline. - Prior experience in monitoring and evaluation within non-profit, humanitarian, or EU-funded development projects. - Strong analytical, data management, and report-writing skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Baghdad, Iraq - Working arrangement: Onsite office and field-based monitoring • Compensation & Benefits - Compensation aligned with organizational and EU project salary standards. • Application Instructions - Check the job details and specific email subject line requirement before applying. - Deadline: Sunday, November 8, 2026, at 10:00 PM. - Send your CV and cover letter to the listed email address.
