• Role & Company / Project Overview Global Career Heights is hiring a Real Estate Sales Trainer for a real estate development company in Baghdad, Iraq. The role focuses on developing and delivering high-impact sales training programs tailored to real estate development projects. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Develop and deliver sales training programs tailored specifically to real estate development projects. - Train sales teams on property sales techniques, client engagement, negotiation, and closing strategies. - Provide comprehensive training on project details, property features, payment plans, investment opportunities, and unique selling propositions. - Coach sales consultants on lead management, follow-ups, objection handling, and conversion strategies. - Conduct role-play sessions, interactive workshops, and on-the-job sales coaching. - Monitor sales team performance and identify training needs and skill gaps. - Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and improving conversion rates. - Collaborate with sales management to develop effective sales strategies and training materials. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Proven experience in real estate sales training, preferably with a real estate developer. - Strong background in property sales, off-plan sales, or residential and commercial real estate. - Excellent knowledge of real estate sales processes, customer psychology, negotiation, and closing techniques. - Strong presentation, communication, and coaching skills with the ability to motivate sales teams and improve performance. - Fluency in Arabic and good English communication skills are preferred. - Willingness to work in Iraq. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Baghdad, Iraq - Onsite role in real estate development industry • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should submit an updated CV mentioning Application – Real Estate Sales Trainer – Iraq in the subject line.
