### Role & Company / Project Overview San-Rey Ersi Distribution Inc. is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) for their Sales & Customer Service Department in Bacolod City. The role focuses on strengthening customer relationships, supporting showroom sales, managing customer engagements, and ensuring every customer is well-informed, attended to, and valued under the company vision: 'Together, Customers Become Partners.' ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Customer Service & Showroom Sales: Attend to walk-in customers in the showroom; provide product information, process orders, and assist with sales transactions; update and maintain the Price List and Product Guide (e.g., complete product list/SKU, description, weight, packaging, and other key details) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for customers and the Sales Team. - Customer Inquiries & Social Media Support: Handle customer inquiries and concerns (walk-in, phone, and online) promptly and professionally; manage and respond to customer messages and inquiries as assigned. - Customer Engagement & Incentive Monitoring: Proactively communicate with dealers regularly (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) to give mid-month performance updates (month-to-date), communicate previous month's performance, and encourage continued purchases to meet or exceed targets. - Receivables & Account Follow-up: Coordinate with customers on overdue or aging payments in a professional and customer-friendly manner; provide payment reminders and update status to the Sales/Finance team. - Route, Customer Pipeline & Feedback Coordination: Maintain and update the Customer Pipeline (customer list with status, potential, and next actions) and route coverage; ensure all customers in assigned areas are properly attended to in coordination with the Sales Team; gather, record, and escalate customer feedback, requests, concerns, or issues for proper and timely action. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related course. - Experience in customer service, sales, retail/showroom operations, or account coordination is an advantage. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first and relationship-building mindset. - Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in monitoring targets, incentives, receivables, and customer records. - Computer literate and social media savvy (e.g., Facebook, Messenger). - Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for excellent customer care. - Demonstrates integrity, accountability, professionalism, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Employment Type: Full-time - Location: Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, Philippines ### Application Instructions - Send updated CV via email indicating the preferred position, or submit via Messenger through the San-Rey Bacolod Facebook Page.
