We are actively seeking experienced SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultants to join our team. Key Responsibilities include: update and maintain PMGM Configuration Workbooks, conduct product demos for client teams and stakeholders, configure Rating Scales, Route Maps, Goal Management (GM), Performance Management (PM), Calibration, 360 Multi-Rater Reviews, and PIP Templates, configure Core, Relevant, and Functional Competencies using Job Profile Builder (JPB) or Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH), work on Continuous Performance Management (CPM) processes, upload Individual, Development, and Team Goals using Beta Import (Migration), prepare UAT Test Scenarios and Test Cases, create Ad Hoc Reports and Story Reports, configure PM, GM (XML-based), and Calibration Templates according to business requirements, configure Calibration Sessions, and set up Hard-Coded and Job-Specific Competencies in PM Forms. Required Skills: SAP SuccessFactors PMGM, Goal Management (GM) & Performance Management (PM), Calibration & 360 Reviews, Job Profile Builder (JPB) / Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH), Continuous Performance Management (CPM), XML Template Configuration, and Reporting & Analytics.
