This role is focused on turning creativity into impact and bringing fresh ideas to life through digital marketing, content creation, employer branding, marketing campaigns, and growth initiatives while collaborating with an Australian team. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Drive digital marketing initiatives and execute creative marketing campaigns. • Handle content creation and employer branding projects. • Support exciting growth initiatives and explore various areas of marketing. • Collaborate with global team members and contribute creative strategies. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Creative, organized, proactive mindset with a curious approach to modern marketing trends. • Familiarity or experience with Canva, social media management, and AI tools is highly advantageous. • Strong collaborative and communication skills.
