• Role & Company / Project Overview Ren Information Technology is hiring a Lead AI Engineer for a permanent, remote position based in Australia. The role focuses on delivering advanced Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for Australia-based consultants. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Architect, develop, and deploy cutting-edge Generative AI and multi-agent systems - Design and implement robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks - Lead AI engineering initiatives utilizing agentic workflows, LLM orchestration, and modern machine learning tools - Ensure ethical AI standards and governance across all deployed AI applications • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Solid programming expertise in Python - Hands-on mastery of deep learning frameworks: PyTorch and TensorFlow - Comprehensive experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Vertex AI - In-depth expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex - Proven experience designing and implementing multi-agent architectures and Responsible AI frameworks - Eligibility: Australia-based consultants only (No visa sponsorship provided) • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Remote – Australia - Work Type: Permanent • Application Instructions Interested candidates based in Australia should submit their updated CV stating current location, availability, and expected annual salary.
