• Role & Company / Project Overview Equitas IT Inc. is hiring a skilled Front-End Application Developer with strong hands-on experience in React.js, Microsoft Azure, and Databricks to join General Motors on a contract-to-hire basis. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Build, optimize, and maintain responsive front-end applications supporting General Motors initiatives. - Implement UI components and integrate front-end systems with Microsoft Azure and Databricks data workflows. - Apply strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex application development challenges. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Strong front-end development experience with React.js. - Hands-on, practical experience with Microsoft Azure. - Practical experience working with Databricks. - Strong problem-solving and application development skills. - US Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship now or in the future (candidates dependent on spouse sponsorship are not eligible; H4 note mentioned). - Candidate must be comfortable converting to full-time GM employment after 6 months on contract. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Model: On-site 4 days per week in Austin, TX. - Role Type: Contract-to-hire (convert to full-time GM employment after 6 months). • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified. • Application Instructions - Interview Process: One technical video interview, followed by an offer. - Interested candidates should share their updated resume and contact details via DM or email.
