Role & Company / Project Overview: Younity is currently hiring a Programme Test Manager to shape quality across a major core banking transformation program in Auckland, New Zealand. This high-impact role oversees end-to-end testing assurance across critical enterprise banking platforms. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Shape and implement quality across a comprehensive core banking transformation initiative. • Formulate, lead, and execute QA strategy across complex program streams. • Oversee and manage comprehensive end-to-end testing lifecycles. • Deliver migration assurance across banking systems and data transitions. • Drive active and strategic stakeholder engagement across project teams, business units, and leadership.
