Role & Company / Project Overview Seeking an experienced QA Tester for a hybrid position in Atlanta, GA supporting the client: State of Georgia. The role focuses heavily on test strategy, documentation, and test case development, with limited execution as needed. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Design, write, and maintain detailed test cases, scenarios, and comprehensive test plans from design documents and business requirements. • Perform interface, API, web services, and system-to-system integration testing. • Develop test scenarios for Kofax Capture, document processing, data extraction, validation, and workflow routing. • Analyze requirements and technical specifications to identify edge cases and testing scenarios. • Manage test documentation, execution mapping, and requirements traceability using Jira and Xray. • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, business analysts, and key stakeholders. • Focus primarily on test strategy, documentation, and test case authoring, carrying out limited execution as required. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 4–6 years of Quality Assurance experience within an Agile environment. • Strong, hands-on experience utilizing Jira and Xray for test management and requirements traceability (RTM). • Excellent test case and test scenario authoring skills. • Proven experience testing Angular front-end applications. • Working knowledge of Java backend architecture and Microservices. • Strong API, web services, and system interface testing experience. • Hands-on testing experience with Kofax Capture and Kofax document automation solutions. • Demonstrated competency in requirements analysis and technical design document reviews. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
