• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an Information Security Lead at NGRS for a regulated fintech platform. In this role, you will take ownership of security governance, risk, compliance, and access management across our technological environment. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead security governance, compliance, and Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives. - Ensure ongoing adherence to regulatory requirements and standards including PCI DSS. - Coordinate and oversee security audits across systems and processes. - Drive security posture improvements and manage risk management frameworks for the fintech platform. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Strong background and proven expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). - Extensive experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM). - In-depth knowledge of regulated fintech operations, audit procedures, and PCI DSS standards. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Argentina. - Work Arrangement: Hybrid. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates should submit their resume via email.
