• Role & Company / Project Overview Elgin Hospitality is looking for a professional and customer-oriented Guest Relations Executive (GRE) for its luxury restaurant operations in Amritsar. Elgin Hospitality operates high-end culinary venues including Elgin Cafe, Grain by Elgin, Lord Elgin, and The Governor House, with a 4.5/5 Google rating. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Warmly welcome, greet, and seat guests upon arrival at the restaurant. - Manage table reservations, guest inquiries, and patron seating arrangements efficiently. - Address guest feedback, queries, and special requests promptly to ensure an exceptional fine-dining experience. - Maintain an upscale, polished front-of-house presence and liaise effectively between guests and service staff. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Relevant experience in guest relations, front office, or customer service in fine dining or luxury hospitality. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and grooming standards. - Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Onsite at Grain by Elgin, 3rd Floor, D Block Building, SCO 35 & 36, Ranjit Avenue, Amritsar, Punjab - 143001. - Accommodation is provided. • Compensation & Benefits - Offered monthly salary: ₹18,000 to ₹21,000. - Accommodation provided by the company. • Application Instructions - Email updated CV to the hiring team.
