Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview Deep Element Technologies is seeking a qualified and experienced Health, Safety & Environment Officer (HSE Officer) to join our team on a full-time basis in the outskirts of Amman, Jordan. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures. - Conduct workplace inspections and risk assessments, and follow up on corrective actions. - Investigate incidents and near misses and recommend preventive measures. - Monitor compliance with applicable HSE regulations and company standards. - Coordinate HSE induction, employee training, and emergency drills. - Monitor hazardous materials, waste management, PPE compliance, and workplace safety. - Prepare HSE reports and recommend improvements. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 5+ years of experience in Health, Safety & Environment, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment. - Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering, or a related field. - Recognized HSE certifications, such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent. - Strong knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, emergency response, and HSE compliance. - Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills. - Experience in heavy manufacturing is an advantage. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Outskirts of Amman, Jordan - Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite) • Application Instructions Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV, mentioning HSE Officer in the email subject.
