Role & Company / Project Overview: Paytm is urgently hiring a strong Sales Leader (TSM/Team Leader) for the QR Business to build, manage, and drive a team of 15 Field Executives and consistently achieve aggressive daily and monthly targets. Local candidates are preferred. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Build, manage, and drive a team of 15 Field Executives • Consistently achieve aggressive daily and monthly sales targets for QR business • Monitor field performance and drive execution on the ground Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Age: Up to 35 years • Graduation is mandatory • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Team Leader (FinTech preferred) • Strong leadership and target-driven mindset Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Ambagarh Chowki, Chhattisgarh • Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation & Benefits: • Package: Up to 8 LPA (Including Variable) • Fixed Salary + High Incentives Application Instructions: Interested candidates can share their CV immediately.
