Role & Company / Project Overview: Vedic Village Retreat, Pallathuruthi, Alappuzha is looking for an enthusiastic HR Trainee / Intern to join the Human Resources team in the hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions • Support recruitment, candidate screening, and onboarding procedures • Maintain HR records, documentation, and coordination across departments • Assist in employee engagement and support hospitality HR workflows Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification • Experience: 0–1 years of HR experience (Freshers are eligible and welcome to apply) • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Basic knowledge of MS Office • Willingness and passion to learn HR operations Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Vedic Village Retreat, Pallathuruthi, Alappuzha, Kerala, India • Employment Type: Full-time Application Instructions: • Interested candidates can apply by submitting their resume via email or WhatsApp.
