Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview Dallah Hospital – Al Khobar is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Applications Specialist to join its Information Technology (IT) Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare IT applications, hospital information systems, technical troubleshooting, and system integration, along with a solid understanding of healthcare regulatory and accreditation requirements. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage and support healthcare IT applications and hospital information systems. - Perform application troubleshooting, system integration, and technical support. - Utilize IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent systems for tracking and resolving incidents and requests. - Ensure all systems and application workflows comply with healthcare regulatory and accreditation requirements. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. - 4–6 years of relevant experience in IT application support within a healthcare or hospital environment. - Strong knowledge of hospital information systems, including Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), Radiology Information Systems (RIS), and Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS). - Proven experience in application troubleshooting, system integration, and technical support. - Familiarity with MOH, CBAHI, and JCI requirements and healthcare compliance standards. - Experience using IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, or equivalent systems. - Good communication skills in Arabic and English. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. - Work environment: Onsite at Dallah Hospital. • Application Instructions - Interested and qualified candidates are invited to submit their updated CV referencing the required subject line.
