Role & Company / Project Overview: Cobalt Technical Services LLC is hiring an HSE Officer to join the team for an ongoing MEP/Construction project in Al Ain, UAE. Cobalt is a DEWA registered contractor certified in ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001, dedicated to maintaining safe workplaces and building a strong safety culture. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Oversee health, safety, and environmental practices on-site for the project. • Maintain workplace safety standards and foster a strong safety culture. • Implement and monitor compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company standards. • Conduct regular inspections and prepare clear communication and safety reporting. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 2 to 5 years of UAE experience in MEP or Construction projects. • Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and standards. • Excellent communication and reporting skills. • NEBOSH / IOSH certification is mandatory. • Immediate joiners preferred.
