### Role & Company / Project Overview Daga Hospitality is seeking Stewards (Kitchen Stewards / Dishwashers) for hospitality venues operating in Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, and Al Ain, UAE. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Wash, clean, and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and cooking utensils using dishwashers and manual sinks. • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food preparation areas, kitchen floors, and waste disposal bins. • Transport clean tableware and cookware to designated pantry and kitchen stations. • Manage trash disposal and recycling following local hygiene and safety guidelines. • Assist culinary and banquet teams with basic back-of-house logistical support. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Relevant background in stewarding, dishwashing, or cleaning within hotels/restaurants preferred. • Good physical endurance, stamina, and punctuality. • Ability to work in wet, fast-paced, and warm kitchen environments. • Positive attitude and capability to work cooperatively in a team. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Locations: Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, and Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. • Shift Type: Full-time shift-based duties. ### Compensation & Benefits • Estimated Salary: AED 1,500 – AED 2,200 per month (based on final employer offer). • Note: Recruitment charges applicable. ### Application Instructions • Send CV on WhatsApp only.
