### Role & Company / Project Overview China Energy – ZTPC is hiring an Electrical Engineer for the HORUS Project (Horus for Battery Energy Storage S.A.E. / major international renewable energy BESS project) located in Ain Sokhna, Egypt. We are looking for skilled, experienced Electrical Engineers with proven hands-on experience in HV/MV Substations, Electrical Installations, and Site Execution in challenging EPC environments. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Execute electrical works on-site and deliver results in challenging EPC environments • Perform electrical installation, erection, and site execution for HV/MV substations • Work with power transformers, switchgear, GIS/AIS equipment, cable laying, termination, and testing • Interpret SLDs, electrical drawings, and technical specifications • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and site teams • Ensure adherence to quality standards, HSE regulations, and project schedules ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Proven practical hands-on experience in HV/MV Substation Projects (SS) is MANDATORY • Strong hands-on experience in Electrical Installation, Erection & Site Execution • Solid knowledge of Power Transformers, Switchgear, GIS/AIS Equipment, Cable Laying, Termination & Testing • Proven ability to interpret SLDs, Electrical Drawings & Technical Specifications • Demonstrated experience coordinating with subcontractors, consultants & site teams • Strong understanding of Quality, HSE & Project Schedules • Previous experience in Power Stations, Substations, or Major EPC Projects • Note: General building electrical experience alone, factory maintenance without substation experience, or general electrical construction without HV/MV substation involvement does not qualify ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: HORUS Project – Ain Sokhna, Suez Governorate, Egypt • Onsite site execution role ### Compensation & Benefits • Fully equipped accommodation (in chalets) • Food allowance • Internet allowance • Social & medical insurance • Private medical insurance • Multinational working environment • Major international renewable energy project exposure • Professional growth in EPC operations ### Application Instructions • Send your CV to the specified HR email • MANDATORY EMAIL SUBJECT: Electrical Engineer (use this exact subject regardless of position level) • Clearly highlight your Substation Projects, Installation Experience & Technical Responsibilities in your CV
