Role & Company / Project Overview: Conneqtion Group is hiring an Oracle Fusion HCM – OTL & Payroll Consultant in Ahmedabad. Be part of a growing Oracle Cloud and SaaS consulting organization driving digital transformation and working on innovative enterprise solutions across global markets. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Deliver Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, configurations, and integrations. • Configure Oracle Fusion Time and Labor (OTL), define time calculation rules, and manage payroll processing. • Troubleshoot system and functional issues. • Support comprehensive testing and end-to-end implementation activities. • Interface with enterprise clients to align business requirements with Oracle Cloud capabilities. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM. • Hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion Time and Labor (OTL) and Payroll modules. • Strong understanding of OTL configuration, time calculation rules, and payroll processing. • Proven experience with Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, configurations, and integrations. • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues and support testing/implementation. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client communication skills.
