### Role & Company / Project Overview Looking for an experienced Solution Consultant – Customer Engineering in Ahmedabad to work in the AI-Powered Video Surveillance & Security Technology domain. The consultant will manage the complete technical journey, from customer discussions and demonstrations to PoCs, deployment, and troubleshooting. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Conduct customer demos and technical presentations. • Plan, execute, and deliver Proof of Concepts (POCs). • Manage solution deployment and technical implementation. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. • Coordinate closely with customers throughout implementation and post-deployment phases. • Support solutions across IP Surveillance, VMS, Video Analytics, and Traffic Management. • Be involved in the complete solution lifecycle from customer discussions to successful deployment. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 8–10 years of total experience in IP Surveillance Systems / Security Solutions. • 4+ years of specialized expertise in VMS (Video Management Software), Video Analytics, or Traffic Management. • Hands-on knowledge of IP Cameras, Network Switches, Servers, and Storage & Networking infrastructure. • Strong troubleshooting skills in both Linux and Windows operating system environments. • Hands-on experience in POCs, technical demos, deployment, and troubleshooting. • Excellent communication, customer-handling, and technical presentation skills. • Experience with ICCC (Integrated Command and Control Center) / Docker will be an added advantage. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India (Onsite). ### Compensation & Benefits • Work on advanced Video Surveillance & AI-driven solutions. • Exposure to challenging technical projects. • Opportunity to grow expertise in a dynamic technology environment. ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates can share their updated CV for consideration.
