Role & Company / Project Overview: Kataria Motors Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Payroll Manager to join their professional team at the Makarba Head Office in Ahmedabad. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage end-to-end payroll processing accurately and on time. • Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, and Factory Licence requirements. • Maintain payroll records, statutory deductions, and compliance documentation. • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other departments for payroll-related matters. • Handle statutory compliance and resolve payroll-related queries. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Strong knowledge of Payroll Processing. • Good understanding of PF, ESIC, and Labour Laws. • Knowledge of Factory Licence and statutory compliance. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Relevant experience in Payroll and Statutory Compliance preferred. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Makarba Head Office, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
