### Role & Company / Project Overview The Fern Residency Ahmedabad, Vastral – Series by Marriott is recruiting a Restaurant Manager / Banquet Manager for its Food & Beverage Service division. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Manage daily operations of dining outlets and banquet functions. • Oversee guest service delivery, billing procedures, and customer satisfaction. • Manage banquet event orders, floor arrangements, and event execution. • Train, motivate, and roster service captains, stewards, and banquet staff. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience in managing restaurant or banquet operations in branded hotels. • Excellent communication, leadership, and customer relation skills. • Working knowledge of POS systems and banquet management. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Vastral, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India • Work Mode: Onsite ### Compensation & Benefits • As per hotel standards ### Application Instructions • Interested applicants can forward their updated CV to the hotel HR email.
