Chartered Speed Limited is looking for an experienced professional to lead our digital transformation initiatives across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process automation, evaluating and implementing software solutions, driving digital adoption, and improving operational efficiency across departments. Key responsibilities include Digital Transformation Strategy, Business Process Automation, ERP, CRM & HRMS Implementations, Software Evaluation & Vendor Management, Project Management & Change Management, Technology Adoption Across Functions, and Process Optimization & Workflow Digitization. Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, with an MBA/PGDM preferred, and a minimum of 7 years of experience in Digital Transformation, ERP Implementation, Business Process Automation, or IT Project Management. We are looking for a dynamic leader who can bridge business requirements with technology solutions and drive organization-wide digital excellence. Only female candidates will be considered.
