### Role & Company / Project Overview We are seeking an experienced Outlet Manager – Wellness & Spa to oversee and lead our wellness and spa operations within luxury hotel properties. The Outlet Manager will be responsible for overall outlet performance, driving sales conversions, managing daily operations, and ensuring an exceptional guest journey. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Manage daily outlet operations and provide operational support to the wellness & spa team. • Drive overall revenue generation, design promotional activities, and maximize sales conversions. • Oversee guest experience and uphold premier brand representation within the hotel environment. • Supervise front-of-house guest engagement and maintain operational excellence. • Lead, motivate, and mentor outlet staff to achieve customer satisfaction and revenue targets. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Proven managerial or supervisory experience in wellness, spa, hospitality, luxury retail, or customer-facing service environments. • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills. • Strong sales acumen with demonstrated ability to convert customer interactions into business. • Highly detail-oriented, well-groomed, and maintaining a professional executive presence. • Non-smokers preferred. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Position Type: Full-time management role on-site. • Work Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. ### Compensation & Benefits • Fixed salary combined with attractive performance-based incentives. • High earning potential and comprehensive career advancement opportunities. • Professional exposure within high-end, luxury hospitality settings. ### Application Instructions • Eligible candidates should forward their updated resume via LinkedIn DM or direct contact.
