Role & Company / Project Overview: MedsCred is expanding its team and looking for a dynamic professional to join as Executive - Claims Operations in Ahmedabad. MedsCred is an innovative healthcare fintech company focused on transforming healthcare financing. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage and execute end-to-end claims operations workflows. • Process and evaluate healthcare financing claims accurately and within defined timelines. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external healthcare/financial partners to facilitate smooth claims settlement. • Ensure operational compliance with organizational and healthcare fintech standards. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience. • Strong background and working experience in claims operations, preferably within healthcare or healthcare fintech sectors. • Strong problem-solving, operational, and communication skills. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. • Work setup: Onsite.
