Role & Company / Project Overview: Trikon Telesoft is hiring a Customer Relations Executive (1 Position) in Ahmedabad. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer support, managing client communications, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Handle client inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally and promptly • Build and maintain positive, lasting customer relationships • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver high satisfaction • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and feedback • Identify common service issues and suggest improvements to enhance customer retention Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 3+ years of mandatory experience in customer relations, customer care, or client servicing • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities • Eagerness to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced environment Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Onsite) • Shift Timing: 3:30 AM to 1:00 PM Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive compensation as per organizational standards Application Instructions: • Interested candidates can share their updated resume to apply.
