Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview: Integrated Project Design is hiring a Sr. BIM Modeler – MEPF for their BIM team in Ahmedabad. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Develop high-detail 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) systems. - Perform clash detection, visual checks, and coordinate across architectural and structural models using Revit and Navisworks. - Extract detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and schedules from BIM models. - Ensure strict compliance with project BIM execution plans, standards, and delivery deadlines. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 4–8 Years of hands-on experience in MEPF BIM modeling. - Expertise in Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks, and clash resolution workflows. - Strong technical understanding of MEP systems routing, clearances, and constructability. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. - Work Mode: Full-time onsite. • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive salary package based on BIM modeling experience. • Application Instructions: - Submit your resume and portfolio to the HR email address or apply online.
