• Role & Company / Project Overview: Kitchen Team Club House (Sunday Group Hotels) in Agra is hiring a skilled culinary professional to join as Chinese Commi-1 / Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) (1 Vacancy). • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Oversee and execute Chinese and oriental kitchen section preparations, cooking, wok operations, and plating. - Ensure consistent recipe formulation, food quality, taste profiles, and aesthetic presentation. - Maintain impeccable food safety, hygiene protocols, workstation sanitization, and ingredient handling. - Supervise junior kitchen commis, assist with daily inventory and mise en place, and coordinate closely with the head chef. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Proven experience in Chinese/Asian culinary preparation in a hotel or quality restaurant setting. - Good culinary techniques and thorough knowledge of kitchen safety and food hygiene procedures. - Strong passion for cooking, dedication, and collaborative teamwork mindset. - Preference for immediate joiners. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Club House, Near by Taj Mahal, Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India. - Onsite restaurant and kitchen shifts. • Application Instructions: Interested candidates should forward an updated resume via email or reach out directly by phone.
