Vedika Finance is hiring full-time Loan Officers / Relationship Executives to support its growing microfinance operations in Tripura (Agartala, Sonamura, and Ambassa). Core professional responsibilities include conducting field visits, building client relationships, and processing microfinance loans. Candidates must be graduates or above, aged between 20 and 32 years, and possess an Android smartphone, a personal two-wheeler, and a valid driving license. The position requires adaptability for postings located 50km+ away from the candidate's home location. Monthly compensation starts at ₹15,100 CTC for freshers and up to ₹17,100 CTC for experienced candidates, plus performance incentives, a fuel allowance of ₹3 per km, PF, ESI, and insurance perks.
