### Role & Company / Project Overview Alpha TND is hiring 4 ESHS Managers (Environmental, Social, Health and Safety) for large-scale power infrastructure construction projects in Africa. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Implement and enforce environmental, social, health, and safety (ESHS) plans across project construction sites. - Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and enforce international ESHS guidelines. - Train site personnel and subcontractors on safety procedures, hazard prevention, and emergency response. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with Fire & Safety qualification. - Experience: 10 to 15 years of dedicated ESHS management experience in EPC/power infrastructure construction projects. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Africa. - Work Model: Onsite project deployment. ### Compensation & Benefits - International exposure and leadership role in safety compliance on critical power projects. ### Application Instructions - Share your CV to the specified email quoting the role name and location in the subject line.
