Job description

Capgemini Australia is seeking a Power Platform Consultant to join their digital transformation practice in Adelaide. Role Responsibilities: Design and deliver end-to-end Power Platform and SharePoint solutions; lead SharePoint migrations from on-premises and legacy platforms to SharePoint Online; develop applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Teams; implement M365 governance frameworks and best practices; collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions; deliver innovative automation and integration solutions using modern Microsoft technologies including Copilot. Key Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in SharePoint and Power Platform consulting; strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online; proven experience in SharePoint migrations and enterprise solution design; solid understanding of M365 governance, compliance, and information architecture; excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have: Experience with SPFx, Nintex, AvePoint, PowerShell, or Copilot integrations.
