Job description

We are seeking an experienced Risk Director in Abu Dhabi to provide strategic leadership across enterprise risk management, ensuring the organization effectively identifies, assesses, mitigates, and monitors critical risks. The Risk Director will lead the enterprise risk framework and provide senior leadership with actionable insights to protect organizational value while supporting sustainable growth and strategic decision-making. Key responsibilities include developing and overseeing the enterprise-wide risk management framework, identifying and mitigating strategic, operational, financial, and emerging risks, establishing risk appetite and governance structures, leading risk assessments, and developing executive dashboards. Requirements include proven senior leadership experience in enterprise risk management, strong knowledge of governance and control frameworks, and excellent Board stakeholder management skills. Professional qualifications such as FRM, CFA, CPA, or ACCA are preferred.
