Role & Company / Project Overview: ProHire Network is recruiting an experienced, energetic, and highly skilled Personal Trainer specializing in Dance Fitness and Strength Training for an exclusive luxury ladies-only spa and wellness club in Abu Dhabi, catering to VIP clientele. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Dance Fitness & Dance Lessons: - Conduct private and small-group dance lessons. - Teach dance fitness, Zumba, and aerobic routines. - Create and deliver engaging choreography. - Motivate members and maintain a positive training environment. • Strength Training & Fitness Coaching: - Conduct one-to-one and small-group strength training sessions. - Develop personalized workout programmes. - Utilize free weights, resistance bands, and gym equipment. - Ensure correct technique and member safety at all times. - Focus on core strength, mobility, and flexibility. • Personalised Member Experience: - Understand individual goals and preferences of members. - Design customized fitness programmes. - Deliver exceptional service tailored to VIP clientele. - Monitor member progress and adapt programmes to individual goals. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Level 3 Personal Training Certification. • REPs registration (Category A) preferred, or eligibility to obtain it. • Valid First Aid & CPR certification. • Dance fitness, Zumba, or Group Fitness certification (preferred). • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience. • Hands-on experience in dance fitness and strength training is essential. • Available locally in the UAE with a valid residence visa (or own visa). • Excellent English communication skills. • Energetic, confident, and professional demeanor. • Prior experience working with VIP or private clientele is an advantage.
