Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: Alkaline is looking for an experienced Procurement Engineer – Electrical to join their MEP team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead supplier sourcing, price negotiation, and end-to-end procurement management. • Review technical specifications, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and material requirements. • Coordinate with internal MEP project teams, engineers, and external vendors/suppliers. • Manage material procurement timelines and deliveries for MEP construction projects. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 4–6 years of UAE experience specifically in Electrical / MEP procurement. • Strong knowledge of electrical materials, regional suppliers, and the UAE market. • Solid expertise in supplier sourcing, price negotiation, and commercial/procurement terms. • Proven ability to review technical specifications, BOQs, and material submittals. • Strong coordination and communication skills. • Experience working in MEP contracting companies is preferred.
