Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview STAR SERVICES L.L.C is recruiting an automotive Service Advisor for a long-term contract. Immediate joiners are required. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the automotive service workshop team. - Handle customer inquiries, service requests, and customer complaints professionally. - Manage customer portal communications and deliver timely service updates to clients. - Prepare accurate work orders, maintain detailed vehicle service records, and issue invoices. - Coordinate vehicle servicing schedules to ensure timely completion. - Inspect vehicle condition and recommend necessary repairs and preventative maintenance services to clients. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Proven background in automotive customer service or service advising. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills. - Proficiency in handling documentation, work orders, invoicing, and service tracking systems. - Immediate joining availability. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Country: United Arab Emirates (UAE) - Job Type: Long-term contract • Compensation & Benefits - Salary based on experience, to be discussed during the interview • Application Instructions - Apply via email mentioning "SERVICE ADVISOR" in your application subject line, or contact via phone/WhatsApp.
