• Role & Company / Project Overview: Abu Dhabi Catering & Services LLC (ADCS) is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Chef de Partie (CDP) specialized in Salad & Canapé preparation to join its Culinary & Food Service Operations team in Abu Dhabi. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead the cold kitchen / garde manger station focusing on artistic presentation and preparation of high-end salads, canapés, cold appetizers, and garnishes. - Ensure all cold food items meet strict standards of presentation, taste, and freshness. - Maintain high hygiene, cold-chain preservation, and food safety protocols across all preparatory and plating stages. - Work in close coordination with the culinary brigade for banquets, catering orders, and regular operations. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Proven culinary experience in cold kitchen operations, particularly salads, canapés, and catering services. - Background in commercial kitchens, hospitality, or catering operations. - Strong culinary presentation skills and attention to aesthetic details. - Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and operational kitchen standards. - Strong teamwork and communication skills; UAE experience preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. - On-site commercial kitchen environment. • Compensation & Benefits: - Standard company benefits provided as per UAE regulations. • Application Instructions: - Submit your updated CV via email, indicating the position name in the email subject line.
