### Role & Company / Project Overview Five Thirty Management is currently recruiting passionate and dedicated Commis Chefs to support our growing restaurant operations in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Execute daily mise-en-place and assist senior chefs with meal preparation and cooking. • Ensure food quality, freshness, and adherence to company culinary standards. • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work station in compliance with food safety regulations. • Adapt quickly to service rushes in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen setting. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Relevant background and experience in the F&B industry is preferred. • Strong enthusiasm for culinary arts and an active willingness to learn. • Proven ability to perform effectively in a demanding kitchen environment. • Candidates available to join immediately are preferred. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. • Work setup: Onsite. ### Application Instructions • Qualified candidates should send their comprehensive CV directly to the provided hiring email.
