Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced AutoCAD Specialist for a Full-Time role on a Sewerage Network Investigation & Rehabilitation project. The role focuses on hands-on drafting for sewerage network infrastructure, authority permit submissions, and pipeline rehabilitation drawings. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Prepare and revise AutoCAD drawings for sewerage network investigation and repair works. • Develop drawings required for ITC permit submissions, including trial pits, road crossings, and traffic-related works. • Prepare typical details and technical drawings supporting method statements for sewer pipeline repairs. • Incorporate engineering requirements and revise drawings in response to authority comments. • Coordinate with engineers and project teams to ensure accurate and timely drawing submissions. • Maintain drawing revisions and technical documentation throughout the project. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 6–8 years of relevant AutoCAD drafting experience. • Mandatory experience in UAE water, wastewater, sewerage, or underground utility infrastructure projects. • Hands-on experience preparing ITC permit submission drawings in Abu Dhabi. • Practical knowledge of trial pit locations, road crossings, excavation layouts, and traffic-related drawings. • Experience preparing typical and standard detail drawings for defective sewer pipe repairs and rehabilitation works. • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or a related discipline. • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and interpretation of technical drawings. • Previous experience with Abu Dhabi authority submissions and sewerage infrastructure projects. • Ability to explain previous permit submissions and demonstrate relevant drawing experience during a technical assessment. • Note: General AutoCAD drafting experience alone will not be sufficient; candidates must possess hands-on experience in authority permit drawings and sewerage/utility infrastructure.
