• Role & Company / Project Overview: Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche is recruiting a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our beverage operations team and contribute to a world-class luxury hospitality experience. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Prepare, mix, and serve classic and signature beverages, cocktails, and other drinks according to recipes and hotel quality standards. - Maintain bar cleanliness, hygiene, organization, and inventory levels. - Engage with guests professionally, take orders, and provide excellent beverage recommendations. - Adhere strictly to alcohol service policies and beverage handling standards. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Knowledge of mixology, beverage preparation, and bar service operations. - Enthusiastic, professional, and service-oriented demeanor. - Must be currently available in the UAE. - Ready to join immediately. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. - Rotational bar/hospitality shifts. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates please share your CV via email to the recruitment contact.
