The role involves designing blockchain architectures, defining smart contract standards, evaluating platforms such as Ethereum, Solana, and Hyperledger, collaborating with engineering teams on decentralized applications (dApps), and ensuring the security, scalability, and performance of blockchain systems. Candidates should have 5–10+ years of experience in software architecture or blockchain engineering and strong expertise in Solidity, Rust, distributed systems, cryptography, and consensus algorithms. Experience with DeFi, NFTs, and token-based ecosystems is considered an advantage.
