We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Implementation Analyst to join our growing team! If you have a strong background in SaaS implementations, healthcare workflows, and client collaboration, this could be a great opportunity for you. Role: Senior Implementation Analyst. Experience: 6+ Years. Domain Preference: Healthcare / HealthTech. Work Environment: Cross-functional, client-facing, fast-paced. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute implementation activities across project lifecycle phases. Gather requirements from clients and configure system workflows. Support UAT, troubleshooting, and post go-live activities. Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams. Manage stakeholder communication, risks, and implementation updates. Build strong client relationships and support long-term success. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, IT, or related field. 6+ years of experience implementing SaaS products. Strong understanding of healthcare standards like HL7, FHIR, and X12. Experience with EHR/EMR systems and clinical workflows is preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to work in overlapping time zones.
