The role involves managing complex executive calendars across multiple time zones, coordinating virtual meetings, board communications and travel arrangements, preparing executive reports and presentations, handling confidential documentation, and tracking key performance indicators and leadership action items. Candidates should possess at least 4 years of experience supporting C-level executives, exceptional organizational and communication skills, advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, and prior experience working in remote or technology-driven environments. Applicants should be based in the United States or able to work aligned with Pacific Time.
