A major Road Infrastructure, Bridges, and Tunneling project in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Procurement Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading procurement strategy, supplier sourcing, subcontractor management, contract negotiations, vendor relationship management, cost optimization, and procurement planning for large-scale infrastructure projects. Applicants must be female, fluent in Turkish or Arabic, possess more than 10 years of procurement experience, have strong knowledge of the UAE market, and demonstrate a proven track record in roads, bridges, tunneling, or other major infrastructure developments. An established supplier and subcontractor network within the UAE and strong procurement management capabilities are essential.
