Key responsibilities include leading global succession planning strategy, building executive leadership pipelines, developing leadership readiness frameworks, overseeing talent review processes, partnering with executive leadership teams, analyzing leadership metrics and performance, driving organizational continuity planning, and improving leadership development systems. Requirements include executive HR leadership experience, strong succession planning expertise, leadership development background, strategic workforce planning skills, and excellent communication abilities.
