We are seeking an experienced Banking Operations Manager to oversee financial operations, process improvements, and strategic initiatives within a leading financial institution. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily banking operations and workflows, improve operational efficiency and customer experience, oversee compliance and risk management processes, analyze financial performance and operational reports, lead banking operations teams, develop policies and process improvements, ensure regulatory and industry compliance, collaborate with technology and finance teams, manage operational projects and initiatives, support business growth strategies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field, experience in banking or financial services operations, strong knowledge of financial regulations, excellent leadership and analytical skills, proven ability to manage complex operations.
